Hello this is my day 5 on keto wow the consistency has been great on my side.So for today I had a late breakfast,tea in the afternoon and for dinner I baked a sheet pan dinner which is quick and easy with very quick clean up of sausage,bell-pepper,broccoli and carrot.
WHAT I ATE IN A DAY 10TH AUGUST 2018
I had a simple breakfast consisting of 2 boiled eggs and half an avocado sprinkled with pink salt.
I had a cup of tea made with black tea leaves and double cream.I sweetened it with stevia. Ste-via is really hard to get used to the taste of the powdered version.
- 3 peeled and chopped up beef sausage
- half a yellow bell pepper
- 1 carrot sliced thinly
- 1 bunch of broccoli florets
- olive oil
- garlic flakes
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- line a baking pan with parchment paper
- pour all the ingredients above on a baking sheet
- add all the spices and mix everything well.
- pour olive oil on the broccoli and make sure they are coated well.
- bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- remove and serve
So that is it for what I ate on day 5 on keto and the next post will not be a what I eat on a day instead it will be a keto meal prep for the week to save on time in the morning and during meals.
