Happy new year and with a new year comes new year resolutions.

Here are my new year resolutions 2018 edition.

GET FIT AND LOOSE MY BELLY FAT

I am going to achieve this through workouts from YouTube,infused miracle drinks(ginger,cinnamon waters) and eating healthier.

I  want to read more books on finance,investments,health and romance novels.

I want to eat more fruits as they boost the immune system therefore reducing risk of illness and thus no hospital visits.I want to get the antioxidant rich fruits like raspberry,strawberry,kiwi and blueberries.

MEDITATE AND RELAX

I want to meditate more since it helps as a stress reliever.

  • better posture
